Voice infrastructure maintenance

    Other Partial outage on SBC VPN service

    Starting around 22:43, we experienced some issues with our SBC VPN service. After an initial investigation by our on-call engineers, it turned out that one of the routers handling this service was behaving incorrectly. The router was still responsive to management and monitoring, but other services did not function correctly. It was determined that the best way to resolve this situation was a reboot of the router, which was promptly performed by the team.

    After the reboot, all services came back up normally. We've generated a support dump from the router and are in touch with the vendor to find the root cause of this issue.
