Voice Infrastructure maintenance

We are now starting our scheduled maintenance on the voice infrastructure. Please note that there will be no impact on connectivity or call quality during this period, and redundancy is fully ensured.

  • The maintenance on our voice infrastructure was completed successfully, all services are back to normal.

    SIP Trunk Issues on audio in traffic to belgian mobile numbers

    We got informed that one of our partners is having issues with one-way-audio to belgian mobile destinations since 24/04/2024. We put a workaround in place to mitigate this issue until resolved.

  • Issue between our partner and destination network has been fixed in the afternoon of 26/04/2024. We will reactivate routing via this partner next week.

    Voxbi Cloud PBX We are experiencing DNS issues with certain domains not being able to resolve.

    We have identifed an issue with one of our DNS providers. Currently certain domains are unable to resolve. We are investigating and have escalated the issue to our supplier.

  • The DNS issues have been resolved. Our partner reports having had some network-related issue impacting their reachability. We'll continue to observe the situation for now.
