A cable connecting our POPs in Frankfurt FR5 and Brussels BRU1 is currently impacted by a fiber cut caused by civil works. Traffic was rerouted via other links and was not interrupted. No services are impacted but we did loose our redundancy for those 2 POPs, putting services at risk.
The cable operator is currently on-site ad is working on repairing the cable. Unfortunately the damage is located in a depth of 4 meters and requires heavy machinery to make it accessible.
As of now there is no ETR.
